With your safety our highest priority, here is what you can expect from ChinaTours.com under the new post-COVID travel guidelines:
- Every ChinaTours.com customer will receive a travel hygiene pack on arrival, inclusive of hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes, face masks, and hygiene gloves.
- Regular sanitizing wipe down of all transfer vehicles for the duration of tours.
- Ensuring our guides and drivers are healthy and fit to work prior to the commencement of their shift.
- Ensuring our customers have access to handwashing facilities for the duration of the tour.
- Working with our network of travel partners, including airlines, hotels, restaurants, attraction operators, and transport providers, to implement the required standards of cleanliness and hygiene, such as regular sanitizing and cleaning.
While these measures were already in place prior to the global travel restrictions, we will continue to be vigilant for our customers’ safety and wellbeing.
In addition to these measures, ChinaTours.com is also committed to adhering to all global standards that are mutually accepted and operationally practical to keep our customers safe. We will continue working together with our travel partners on the ground and in the air throughout China and other regions so our customers feel safe and happy to travel.

This special offer requires a first payment of 30 percent at the time of 90 days prior to the tour commencement date. The balance payment of 70 percent must be made 30 days prior to the tour commencement date. The deposit and balance calculated are based on the total cost amount of the tour booking made by the client.
A total of one free alteration only per booking is available with this special offer. Additional booking alterations will be charged in accordance with ChinaTours.com booking alteration fees.
The cancellation policy within the general terms and conditions of ChinaTours.com applies to this special offer.
