We had a wonderful holiday and would very much like to thank all at China Tours for making it possible. All of our guides were brilliant and were great companions with their knowledge and above all their politeness, friendliness and willingness to help. Their contribution to our enjoyment of the holiday was enormous–we couldn’t have done it without them. Our drivers were very reassuring, much admired their ability to finding their way around and getting through the traffic. All the guides and drivers were prompt and always there to meet us when we arrived. We had some lovely meals and our guides were always helpful in seeing to our needs. All the hotels we stayed at were very good — with the exception of the City Hotel at Xi’an. The beds were a shade more firmer than we are used to –but all part of the experience. I enjoyed all the breakfasts that were served and the hotel staff were very frindly and helpful. Sufficient to say all met and some exceeded our expectations providing us with lasting memories. I very much wish to say how impressed I have been with the service you at China Tours gave us. I was a little anxious about booking with a foreign firm but all of these were put to rest when I saw your first representative waiting for us at our first stop (Zhangjiajie) a very welcome sight- and one that was repeated throuhout our stay. I would have no hessitation in recommending you to any other tourist and in visiting China.
