Our trip with ChinaTours.com was nothing less than perfect! From our first airport meeting to our final drop off, every single guide was on-time, welcoming, professional and well spoken. Every tour we went on was well organized and every effort was made to ensure that we were happy and comfortable at all times. We especially loved Vivian, our guide in Beijing. She got us off to a great start and set the standard very high for all the other guides in the other cities. She was exceptional! So friendly and knowledgeable; very protective of us and especially our daughter (who got a lot of “extra attention” from the Chinese as I guess her appearance was a novelty to them). She had a lot off good suggestions and useful tips for the rest of our trip too. She was also a great photographer and because of her for the first time in our travels (and we do travel a lot), we actually have “family photos” of all 3 of us. Thank you Vivian. We will certainly recommend this tour company to our friends and family. From the first email and the communication with our trip coordinator – Lora Li – we felt in touch and organized. We really had nothing to worry about at any time. All the hotels were good, the domestic flights were all well organized, the planned meals were excellent. Overall, it was a trip of a life time and we sincerely thank you for that!
