Usually reservations should be made at least 28 working days before your departure. Late bookings are also accepted but are subject to the availability of hotel rooms and flights as well as other items related to reservation. We suggest you to book the tour as early as possible, so we have enough time to arrange the flights and accommodation to guarantee your tour goes smoothly.
We provide Early Bird booking, Last Minute booking, Seasonal Discount booking, etc according to the marketing; also, if you have large group over 10 persons, more favorable price will be arranged too.
No charge will occur when using www. Chinatouronline.com inquiry and reservation services. We will offer tour reservation service free of charge.
You will immediately receive an acknowledgement with the confirmation that your enquiry is currently being processed, once you submitted the request through our web page. And then, we will keep you informed with the booking status by emails or phone call .
After we received your confirmation of the tour itinerary you enquired of, we will commence the reservations of flights and accommodations. We will keep you informed with all the tour arrangements until all is ready.
Once you confirmed the booking of the tour we offered, we will send you an email with the payment link. Please just click it and follow the instructions to pay. If you need to change or cancel the tour abruptly, please contact us.
If you prefer to change the reservation you have made due to your own interests or preference, please contact with your consultant and feel free to indicate your ideas about it, they will amend the itinerary based on your requirement. For the cancellation, if you need to cancel the reservation from your own causes, you are required to write to China tours, and extra cancellation charges will be incurred from the date of written cancellation we received. 3. Between 8-15 days prior to departure date, loss of 25% of tour cost.
4. Between 2-7 days prior to departure date, loss of 50% of tour cost.
5. With 24 hours prior to departure date, loss of 100% of tour cost.
If your tour includes Yangtze Cruise portion, the penalty is also subjected based on the policy issued by the cruise company in addition to the cancellation fee charged by China tours, If the confirmed tour reservation is cancelled or changed while it is in progress, or if any programs are missed because of your individual behaviors such as early departure/late arrival or cancel the attractions etc, the unused services can not be refunded nor exchangeable.

For your information, if your tour involves many cities in China, in order to guarantee a smooth tour, we mainly arrange domestic flight tickets for our clients. And the internal airfare has included in the quotation we have offered. For your international flight tickets, you are highly recommended to reserve on your own, for it is easy for you to get a competitive discount price rather than we do in your departure city.
