Hello to the Chinatours team,

What a great experience! China is a wonderfull country. It exceed all our expectations.

We are very satisfied in every aspect in which way the tour was planned. There was the one occasion where we missed our plane, and perhaps it can be a good idea to provide a guide just to bridged the langue problem.

The restaurants was of high quality, the food exellent, the hotels very good, and we could see the guides was well trained.

There is not a single aspect where we can complaint about.

When we missed our plane in Yichang airport, a wonderfull lady who could speak very good English help us to book another flight. She was a total stranger, but she was so kind to us. We are very greatfull to her. That was what we experience through the whole tour that the people of China are very friendly and not so hurried as in our country.
