Jennifer Cafferty's China Tour Review
Customer's information:Name: Jennifer Cafferty

Dear Ivy,
In general the guides were very good. the majority spoke good english. some easier to understand than others. our favourite guides were Coco and freddy who made a real effort and helped make our trip very enjoyable.we went to a souvenir shop per city, did not mind going as they were quite interesting and did not feel pressured to buy anything.
Drivers and vehicles were all great. no complaints
We found the lunches varied greatly from place to place. sometimes we were taken to posh hotels anbd lots of food ordered other times we were taken to very cheap local restaurants and not even given a drink other than the free green tea. The first restaurant in Beijing and the last one in Guilin were probably our favourites.
We had not realised that we were entitled to bottled water. received it sometimes but not every day.

Dear Ivy and Tracy,
We had an excellent holiday and will certainly recommend china tours. We found the whole experience wonderful and thought the value of service and accommodation most excellent. Thank you and well done to everyone who made our holiday an experience we will never forget.
The vehicles are clean and tidy with air-conditioners during the whole trip, and no problems during the whole tour. Drivers did excellent work considering the amount of traffic and the standard of driving. All the tour guides speak clearly and politely, and there is no communication difficulties.
Your hotel choices are excellent, all the hotels are lovely, Beijing is the best one. All the restaurant are clean and tidy, while we did find the food choices a little repetitive and food in Chongqing is too spicy even though we requested not spicy. Duck restaurant and dumpling banquet are excellent.
You are very thoughtful to arrange the mineral water for us during the trip. We would have liked the odd day with no tour to explore on our own or rest.
