The guides were very helpful and courteous throughout. The stops at souvenir shops and factories were within reason and not forced.

The guide and driver in Shanghai were both wonderful. They were beyond our expectations and gave us wonderful service. The guide, Justin Lee was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to understand our needs and do the needful.

The driver in Beijing was wonderful and his car was in excellent condition. He maintained a comfortable temperature in the vehicle and provided us with drinking water and a clean, comfortable interior.

The driver in Shanghai was also very knowledgeable about the city and his skill in maneuvering the traffic was commendable. He was also very punctual and courteous. His vehicle was always very comfortable and clean.

The meals arranged were very enjoyable and ethnic. We enjoyed the variety and change offered by them to our daily palette. My personal favourite was the one where we had the traditional Peking roast duck.

We were provided by the daily quota of two bottles person of bottled water and we are grateful for them.

I must thank you for organizing our trip to China. We had a great holiday and a most memorable one.

For the guides the communication was satisfactory, and in Beijing we were instructed us not to drink water off the tap though. Complimentary water was provided and the thoughtfulness was well appreciated.

The lunch and dinner timings were much too early - 12 noon and 6 p.m. Especially after a heavy breakfast a 8:30. We were always the first guests to lunch or dine in Beijing. I am a diabetic and found the timings unsuitable for my medication. However, we got later lunches at Xian and Shanghai.

The Hotel in Xian was excellent, including the service. The hotel in Beijing was well located and the hotel in Shanghai was good though it’s location and entrance were not appealing. The breakfast however was excellent, all the hotels and restaurants were clean and the food good.

Tasty food was served in our first lunch in Beijing. I also enjoyed the hot pot experience in Xian. I did not really enjoy eating only dumplings for dinner and I missed desserts or an ice-cream after a meal. I guess it is not part of a Chinese meal. All shows were excellent and give you a good insight into Chinese culture.

All guides and drivers were good. The most knowledgeable was Amy. She was also very experienced and polite and a pleasure to have as a guide. A special thank you to Anne, our guide in Shanghai who helped me to get a flight cello case and some music stuff. Both, the driver and Anne drove me there twice she made a lot of calls on her mobile, helped me get to the bank and did everything to ensure I got the right stuff. Joe, too in Beijing was fine. He helped me get a phone card.

All these comments are purely for your improvement and not as any criticism. I was very happy with the tour. I am sure that I will suggest your tour company to my friends and I hope to revisit this wonderful place. Thank you once again and I am so glad I followed my feelings and made my booking with you.
