Each guide on the trip was very well spoken in English and was a pleasure on our tour. Our guides were as follows:
Beijing: Ann
Xi’an: Rainy
Shanghai: Autumn and Elli
Each guide was accommodating to our schedules and needs. The only time we felt pressed to do some shopping was at the Jade factory in Beijing. We did NOT at all feel pressed by our tour guide Ann. However, we did feel very pressed by the sales person in the Jade factory.
Driver services were excellent. Vey clean and safe drivers.
We particularly enjoyed the local lunch provided by the family in the Hu Tong in Beijing. It was a great experience and the food was delicious. My partner and I are very adventurous eaters. We like to eat local foods. It was nice that each tour guide asked us what we were willing to try.
The hotels were beautiful. Our favorite was the Hilton in Beijing. I would definitely recommend them.
All in all, thanks for your good work to organize such a wonderful trip for us. Thanks.

Guides in Kunming and Dali were wonderful, they were knowledgeable and very professional.? They were very flexible with the sites, and were able to move the attractions within the intinery to avoid the crowds and enable us to take better and more photos.? All shopping that we were taken to were at our request and they were all good quality shops that we were able to purchase authentic goods.? The tour guides were also able to give us some tips when bargaining and on where to buy better quality goods.
All the drivers were very good and safe drivers and the vehicle was always clean.? The drivers were also very willing to help us with our bags if needed.
The lunches that were arranged were reasonable quality, with the exception of the Snow Mountain lunch.
The hotels were reasonable quality - all were clean and comfortable.? The hotel in Dali was the least comfortable as the rooms were not very well maintained.? Great choice of hotels anyway!
All in all, thanks for your great organization to supply us so memorable a trip. We will surely recommend you to our friends. Thanks.
