Tour Summary : This tour will bring you back to the ancient and mysterious Silk Road starts from Xian and experience the culture, enjoy the views along this ancient road. Following this tour, besides the highlights in Beijing, you will also visit Terra-Cotta Army, one of the four most famous Grottoes- Mogao Grottoes, Binglingsi Grottoes, carved in the steep cliffs along the Yellow River, the largest underground art gallery in the world, Labrang Monastery and have a Tibetan family visit on the beautiful Sangka Grassland.

Day 1 - Arrive in Beijing
Day 2 - Beijing
Today's tour covers Tianmen Square, the largest city square in the world, the royal construction complex Forbidden City, the working and living place for Emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties, and the majestic Temple of Heaven. （B+L）
Day 3 - Beijing
Hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided. Whole day is left for you to explore the city on your own. You are suggested to visit Beijing Zoo where you will see the lovely pandas, Summer Palace, or pay a visit to Hutong area to experience the traditional Chinese lifestyle. You may also go shopping at Wangfujing Street. （B）
Day 4 - Beijing-Xian
This morning you will be driven to visit the Badaling Great Wall, the most gorgeous and representative part of the Great Wall. After enjoying lunch, transfer to visit Ming Tombs through Sacred Way. Then after dinner, transfer to the railway station to take an soft-sleeper train to Xian. （B+L+D）

Day 5 - Xian
Pick you up at the railway station and transfer to the hotel. After breakfast at the hotel, head to visit Big Wild Goose Pogada. Afterwards, drive to visit the Eighth Wonder in the world Terra-Cotta Army to see the life sized soldiers and horses, which was built to guard the tomb of Emperor Qin Shihuang in Qin Dynasty.（B+L）

Day 6 - Xian
Whole day is left for you to explore Xian. You are suggested to visit the well preserved Xian City Wall, where you could have a bicycle trip if you are interested, the Great Mosque, and its nearby market on your own.（B）
Day 7 - Xian-Dunhuang
Pick up and visit Shaanxi History Museum, then transfer you to the airport to take a flight to Dunhuang. Be met at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day is for you to relax. （B+L）

Day 8 - Dunhuang
Your tour today starts with Mogao Grottoes, one of the four most famous grottoes in China, which is famous for its frescos and statues. Mogao Grottoes is also called Thousand-Buddha's Cave and regarded as the most valued cultural discovery in 20 century. Then drive to Echoing-Sand Dune, the deserts which could sound and the oasis in desert Crescent Lake which is encircled by the Echoing-Sand Dune, where you will have a short camel riding trip. Afterwards, transfer back to your hotel. （B+L）
Day 9 - Dunhuang-Jiayuguan-Lanzhou
Private transfer to Jiayuguan. Today's sightseeing covers Jiayuguan Pass, the west starting point of the Great Wall in Ming Dynasty and Overhanging Great Wall, which is built on a 45℃ angle mountain ridge. Then after dinner, drive to the railway station to take an soft-sleeper train to Lanzhou （B+L+D）

Day 10 - Lanzhou
Our guide will wait you at the railway station and transfer to the hotel. After breakfast, takes you to Binglingsi Grottoes, which are carved in the steep cliffs along the Yellow River, you will see about 800 sculptures by boat along the river for about 2 km. Then back to downtown to visit the Waterwheel Garden before being transferred to your hotel. （B+L）

Day 11 - Lanzhou-Xiahe
Drive to Xiahe to visit the beautiful Sangke Grassland, you will see herds of sheep and cows, a perfect place for enjoying a pastoral life. Then have a local Tibetan Family visit to experience the local's life. （B+L）

Day 12 - Xiahe-Lanzhou-Shanghai
Pay a visit to the dignified Labrang Monastery, where you could see tens of thousands of statues of Buddha made of gold, silver, copper, aluminum. Then transfer to the airport and fly to Shanghai. Upon arrival, be met and transfer to the airport.（B+L）
