Fly to Beijing where you will be transferred to your hotel, located on Wangfujing in Beijing's shopping district. After refreshment, head to visit the architectural wonders of Temple of Heaven and Summer Palace in the afternoon. Tastefully lunch will be served as a la carte style. (B+L)

A delightful day is spent visiting some of sights in Beijing. Tiananmen Square, the heart of Beijing; The forbidden city, home of two dynasties of Emperors spanning over 500 years.  A la carte lunch will be served in the local famous restaurant where you will enjoy the genuine Chinese cuisine. Afterwards, then a visit to the " Hutongs" the local residential area by cycle rickshaw where you will get an interesting glimpse into the lives of the traditional Beijing citizens.
Back to hotel and have the refreshment. Tonight, you will be served Beijing Roasted Duck for dinner at a famous restaurant, followed by a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre. (B+L+D)

Today, the highlight for many visitors to Beijing is the brief hiking at the Great Wall, Badaling section, undoubtedly one of the greatest man-made wonders of the world. At noon, Sichuan food is arranged for lunch at a nice restaurant after a short drive. Proceed to visit Ming Tombs through the tranquil Sacred Way to get more idea of emperors in Ming Dynasty. (B+L)
