This morning, after having breakfasts in your hotel, our Taiji master will show you an exhibition of Taichi in the park, which is a way to the highest form of life of the human mind and body and suitable to all ages of people to practice.  
Then, a Chinese Cooking Class taught in English will be arranged in
the village. During the class, you will learn at least three popular dishes on your own set of cooking equipment provided by us. And after the class you can sit down to enjoy your culinary creations ans to share your new learnings with other students like you.
