a) When to Pay – Your money is always safe!
No money will be paid until you feel safe to place your tour with us.
i.Deposit: 30% of your tour price shall be paid after you confirm the scheduled tour and would like us to make necessary reservations to ensure your tour commences as expected.
ii.Full Payment: Full payment shall be paid 30 days before your tour starts.
b) How to Pay – Instructions to All Available Payment Methods
i. Pay by Paypal
You may pay us securely with PayPal if you have a PayPal account:
1)Open the payment link we sent you via email; click the "submit"?button.
2)Log in your PayPal account and complete the payment.
Follow the steps below if you do not have a PayPal account:
1)Sign up for a PayPal account on the Official Website.
2)Tie your bank account or a credit card to PayPal. (See All Funding Sources)
3)Click the "Send Money" tab on your account Overview page.
4)Enter the account of the recipient:
5)Input the amount of money and select the appropriate currency.
6)Choose the type of payment you are making.
7)Click the "Continue" button and add an optional message to your recipient.
Note: you have to pay the extra transfer fee (about 3% of the total cost) by yourself.
ii.Pay by Credit Card
Please fill out the form we send you and get a clear photocopy/photo/scanning copy of the two sides of your credit ard (the card holder must be one of the travelers). Then you can fax us at 86-29-88351252 or send us the completed documents via email.
Note: you have to pay the additional 3% bank charge by yourself.
iii.Pay by Western Union

Request for cancellation is to be emailed to .
i.In case of request for cancellation is received more than 30 days in advance before departure date, your reservation deposit will not be refunded, but would be applicable for your next trip with us within 12 months.
ii.In case of request for cancellation is received less than 30 days in advance before departure date, part of your payment (excluding reservation deposit) will be refunded according to the following terms:
1)90% Refund: between 15-30 days before departure date.
2)75% Refund: between 8-14 days before departure date.
3)50% Refund: between 2-7 days before departure date.
4)No Refund: 24 hours before departure date.
iii.If your tour covers Yangtze Cruise portion, in addition to the cancellation fee charged by us, there will be a penalty based on the relevant policy issued by the Cruise Company.
