The location is absolutely good as you have the subway, malls, eating joints (even one which is open 24*7), 7 Eleven , Starbucks , the list is endless , at a walking distance . The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are clean and well kept. The selection of food at breakfast is outstanding and had such a huge range. All the guests could enjoy free wireless internet access.

“A perfect stay”
Reviewed November 14, 2011 Ideally located - plenty of eateries around - two Starbucks stores, one within the complex - Line 4 Metro station is a five minute walk. The rooms are spacious (stayed in the main tower) - the Wi-Fi is perfect - there's nothing to dislike - easily a 4-star hotel.
“Excellent ambiance”
Reviewed October 29, 2011 Ramada Plaza Gateway at Shanghai is a very homely place. Located close to a major shopping mall (just 5 minutes walk is a good modern mall) it is located nicely. Rooms in the floor where we stayed were clean and tidy though a bit small. The pantry is separated with a glass partition which is quite unique. The bathrooms were neat and tidy and they really change towels and accessories everyday unlike some other hotels in China.
